At Oud Andrabia – The House of Fragrances, we ensure every product is crafted with care and quality.

Due to the personal nature of perfumes, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Change of mind or fragrance preference
  • Items without original packaging

Fragrance is a personal choice and cannot be resold once opened.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup or guide you for shipping
  • Refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

  • Return requests without unboxing proof will not be accepted
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
